It is no longer news in food science and engineering that food product requires different stages from processing to packaging.
From the very moment food is set to be produced, technology sets in because all processing stages require technology. If the food needs to be grounded or grinded, blender or pulping machine would be used for grounding to paste, if juice would be extracted, the juice extractor machine would be used. - Open the bar and connect the sealer to power source
- Let it heat up a little, if by chance you place your hand over the frame and you feel too much heat, turn it off and wait for it to cool a bit
- Place the product to be sealed on the sealing bars and set the place you want to be sealed, then close the bar
- Allow the heat and pressure to pass through the material so it can be fused together for several seconds which depends on the material for packaging.
- If the other edge left out before sealing is too much, trim it off to desired length, just make sure it doesn’t tamper with where you sealed.
With this step, one can easily seal the products we processed at home either for family consumption or for commercial purpose. This is also a way to keep food products hygienic. Technology has really saved our existence.
